Impact Team
During the final quarter of 2023, a formal Impact Team – Ruth and Jazal – was established within The Conduit.
Based in London, the Impact Team’s remit is to reduce our environmental footprint, build an inclusive culture and increase our positive social impact.
They work across the global business to help ensure we all know how to make positive choices in our day-to-day work, that help us all live our values and realise The Conduit’s vision of a just, prosperous and sustainable world.
Ruth and Jazal’s backgrounds combine social change, environmental activism and non-profit leadership.
Impact Strategy
For us, there are three measures of success...
There are three parts to our impact strategy...
To proactively drive positive social impact by working to create meaningful connections within and through The Conduit community, to accelerate members’ own impact. This area is covered by our Theory of Change and strategic architecture.
To amplify our impact by working proactively with our sister organisations – Conduit Foundation and Conduit Connect.
To safeguard our organisational integrity by ensuring that the organisation works to continually reduce its environmental impact and create a more inclusive culture. This is covered by our Sustainability Strategy and our Culture Strategy (not referenced in this report)
